Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to Real Madrid training for the first time, since reports surfaced that he wants to leave Spain.
Madrid released images of Ronaldo back training with the first-team squad on Saturday.
The Portugal captain was granted extended holidays, to his participation in the Confederations Cup with his country.
“Ronaldo completed the first half of training alongside the group, before moving on to train alone as he works on getting back in shape ahead of the new season,” read Madrid’s training report.
The 32-year-old is however not expected to be fit to face his former side, Manchester United, in the UEFA Super Cup next week.
