Barcelona midfielder, Philippe Coutinho, has told his teammates that his former club, Liverpool will win this season’s Champions League.
The Reds travel to Rome on Wednesday for the second leg of their semi-final clash against Roma.
Jurgen Klopp’s men boast of a 5-2 lead heading into this evening’s tie.
The winner between Liverpool and Roma will face Spanish giants, Real Madrid in the Champions League final later this month in Kiev.
Spanish news outlet, Don Balon, reports that the former Liverpool star is confident that his old team will win the Champions League.
Speaking ahead of Liverpool’s trip to Roma tonight, Juggen Klopp revealed the Reds are ready to impress once again.
He said, “It’s great that the boys gave us the opportunity to be here with their performances, the attitude they showed and all the things they did in this Champions League campaign.
“We deserve to be here and if we get the result we need we will really deserve to be in the final.
“We are here to fight for our dreams, that’s how it is, and we want to go to the final. After the game at Anfield a few people had a feeling we lost. We didn’t.
“Meanwhile after a week a few people think Roma only have to win 3-0 but that is quite a result and we will be there as well tomorrow, we will not be waiting in the dressing room.”
