Malam Dahiru Nuhu, the Officer responsible for the board's hostile to asking unit, unveiled this to the News Agency of Nigeria in Kano.
Nuhu said that the hobos were captured at around 1:00 a.m. in various parts of the city, including Civic Center, Lodge street, Yankura market and Yankaba Bus stop.
He said that 89 of the captured suspects were road urchins (almajiris) matured in the vicinity of nine and 12.
"The vast majority of the homeless people were from Bauchi, Borno, Kaduna, Kebbi, Katsina, Gombe and Niger Republic.
"The individuals who are not from Kano would be repatriated to their states and encouraged to discover something substantial improving their lives.
