He expressed this at a gathering with a select gathering of South East pioneers on Friday at the State House in Abuja.

President Buhari included, "They (PDP) were so careless with the assets of the nation. The condition of foundation we acquired was awful – no streets, the railroad was executed and control.
"They needed still, small voice since anyone with a soul won't do what they did. We will report them to Nigerians."
