Woman's excitement at getting engaged is dampened after web users mocked her ring made from her man's hair

A newly engaged woman excitedly went online to share news of her engagement with web users but her excitement was soon dampened as web users made fun of her ring, which was made with her fiance's hair. The newly engaged woman proudly showed off her hand with the "ring" on her wedding ring finger. "My boyfie is now my fiancé!" she captioned the photo, adding: "He proposed with a ring made from a lock of his OWN HAIR. This is a placeholder, until my more intricately woven band is done."  But web users were disgusted by the hair looped around her finger and they didn't mince words. One wrote: "No matter how much I love the dude I don't think I'd ever in a million years wear his hair on my finger." Another said: "Did she pull his hair from the drain and just wrap it around her finger?
