American actress, Busy Philipps has just celebrated her 40th birthday by hosting a lavish Mexican destination wedding, in which she married herself. She spared no expense for the occasion, rocking a $1,600 Bergdorf Goodman gown during a self-centered ceremony in San Jose del Cabo. Philipps took to Instagram to share the concept behind the bash, posting a photo of herself in the stunning dress. Though she’s been married to screenwriter Marc Silverstein since 2007, the actress and TV host wrote;So I was thinking about turning 40. And it's weird because my perpetual age is 19-sometimes 27 depending but now I'm 40(my birthday is the 25th actually) HOW AM I 40 YEARS OLD? Anyway.I decided I wanted to throw myself a destination wedding(to myself) for my 40th at one of my favorite places in the world @florafarms in Cabo.This was, without question, one of the greatest, most fun, and beautiful nights of my life.
