Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) purchases 25 Million Naira worth of data for thousands of Entrepreneurs

In order to keep businesses alive during the Corona Virus Pandemic, Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) purchases 25 Million Naira worth of data and distributes to all her E-Trust members. “Most entrepreneurs across the World are working online now, data consumption has risen to almost 10 times more than usual. This move is not just to keep their businesses going but also for them to continuously follow the reports on the COVID-19 Pandemic.    We have critically looked at the best way to assist our members during this period and resolved that providing them data will be of good use to them” Says the Organization’s President & the Entrepreneurs TrustFund Founder, Summy Smart Francis at the emergency meeting held at their West African secretariat in Lagos, Nigeria and other executives via skype. To be gifted this free data, all Trust members are to send an email with their preferred phone number, the network they use and their TFP Number to support@etrustfund.org. Once the email is received their Free Data will be uploaded within 24 hours.     The Executive Director of the the Organization Joy Michael, stated that the Organization’s recent move will assist SME’s to cope during these difficult times. “I can imagine what will happen to our members who cannot run their businesses at this time, then also cannot afford data to sustain their online presence, it may just be the end of the road for them.” However, she also encourages other entrepreneurs out there to look into the organization’s platform; the Entrepreneurs TrustFund (https://bit.ly/2Uo0Fi1) and harness the opportunities that it presents as it could also be a good tool to access funds such as the zero interest loans and the weekly trust earnings, from which entrepreneurs can make money from the comfort of their homes. The E-TrustFund Platform also offers Free Medical advisory that could be very useful at a time like this. Our doctors are available 24/7 to give concrete advise to members who might want to know more, or even experiencing similar symptoms just as the Covid-19 symptoms, she says. The National Head of the Organization, Mr. Olubunmi Oluwadare encourages members to practice social distancing and stay at home strategy as advised by medical consultants. He also stated that the organization is working on several online business coaching webinars that will be shared to not just members but Nigerian Entrepreneurs at large. He emphasized that using this time to acquire knowledge would be time well spent. Isolation could become a gateway to creativity.    The A.Y.E organization wishes all entrepreneurs well and assures them that this time will surely pass too. They encouraged entrepreneurs to stay at home and follow the WHO guidelines set to contain the pandemic and reduce the spread of the Virus. They advised people to pray, stay healthy, remain optimistic and to observe a high level of hygiene throughout this time. The A.Y.E President, Summy Francis also uses the opportunity to call out on African entrepreneurs and beneficiaries of past A.Y.E Skills Acquisition programs who produce materials such as sanitizers, soaps, hand wash and other health related products; not to fold their arms, but get busy harnessing this not as a profit making venture but a life saving humanitarian action. To know more about the Organization’s platform you visit https://bit.ly/2Uo0Fi1 and for more information about Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs visit https://bit.ly/3dwXTyR and their social media pages @africasyoungentrepreneurs @etrustfund.  The post Africas Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) purchases 25 Million Naira worth of data for thousands of Entrepreneurs appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
