Former Manchester City and Arsenal midfielder, Samir Nasri, has explained why he was caught doping.
The Frenchman moved to Antalyaspor in 2017 but was suspended for 18 months after he was found guilty of using a “prohibited method” in violation of the WADA and UEFA rules.
And Nasri has blamed a legal vitamin injection clinic in Los Angeles for the incident.
“What happened in Los Angeles ruined my season. It was a vitamin injection, legal and I had a prescription,” Nasri said.
