Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo seems set for Turin after all as his private jet has finally landed in Madeira.

Cristiano Ronaldo was reportedly stuck in Madeira – with his private jet unable to take off from Madrid

It had been reported Ronaldo’s plane was being grounded in Madrid due to travel restrictions imposed as a result of coronavirus.

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected was set to meet up with Juventus team-mates with Serie A given the green light to restart

However, Corriere dello Sport and Corriere della Sera among others claim the plane touched down in Funchal earlier and that the No 7 could be back in Italy before the day is out.

The jet was initially prevented to take off from the Spanish capital three times because of travel restrictions
