The Italian director has stressed that clubs will lose at least 700 million euros of income in total in the event that football does not return.

“But someone would have to tell me clearly and prevent me from pushing forward.

“With total cancellation, the system would lose between 700m euros and 800m euros.

“With games played behind closed doors there would be losses of 300m euros.

“If games are to be played with fans, losses would be 150m euros, but this is not an option.”

Gravina added that the league will be cancelled only in the event the government takes the decision.

“Can you imagine how many issues we would face if the league is cancelled,” he asked.

“Who is getting relegated?
