Manuele is the CEO of Royal Yacht Brokers. His impressive business boasts a host of celebrity clients including Chrissy Teigen and Madonna. Chloe and Manuele have reportedly been friends for years. Manuele has a daughter from a previous relationship. 
Chloe split from ex-fiance Jeremy Meeks in June 2019. Following a two-year romance. They share son, Jayden, 2 At the time Chloe began dating Jeremy, nicknamed Hot Felon, he was still married and his wife, Melissa Meeks found out about the relationship online after she saw photos of them kissing.
