160 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday September 12, as confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). A breakdown of the new cases across states is as follows; FCT-39, Plateau-39, Lagos-30, Kaduna-23, Katsina-7, Rivers-6, Oyo-6, Yobe-3, Benue-3, Bayelsa-1, Abia-1. Edo-1, Ekiti-1. There are now 56,177 confirmed cases of Coronavirus and 1,078 deaths have been recorded. 44,088 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.
