The Plateau state government has directed schools in the state to reopen on October 30. The directive which came after a meeting with all stakeholders and setting up of mechanisms for observing COVID-19 protocols in all schools in the State, is to ensure that schools resume for third term academic activities. Managements of schools are expected to to clean, fumigate and re-arrange the school environment preparatory to the resumption. Also, grade six students have been asked to resume on 19th-23rd October to prepare for the First School Leaving Certificate and National Common Entrance Examinations.
