On Tuesday, Manchester United announced they have sacked Jose Mourinho after the club lost 3 - 1 to Liverpool on Sunday.According to reports, Mourinho arrived at the training ground at 9am on Tuesday - before being called to a face-to-face meeting with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward where he was told he was fired.The news was then officially confirmed at 9:46 am with the club releasing a statement to announce his dismissal.United have also announced that the recruitment for a new manager is on while a caretaker manager will be at the helm of affairs for the rest of season.
