Woman blasts her son's father after he flogged their 1-year-old son and left him with red cane marks

A mother has called out her son's father for child abuse and threatened that he will never see their child again after the boy was battered and bruised while in his father's care. The mother said the father flogged their 1-year-old son because he ran off from the store and couldn't be found for 5 minutes.
