Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu's 2019 recruitment of 10,000 constables has been nullified by the Court of Appeal. The appellate court in a unanimous judgement delivered on Wednesday September 20, held that power to carry out the recruitment was exclusively that of the Police Service Commission (PSC).
